LONDON (Dow Jones)--Swiss-based Petroplus Holdings AG's (PPHN.EB) creditors
imposed a condition Monday preventing trucks with oil products from leaving the
troubled refiner's Coryton facility in south-east England, said Richard Howitt,
the member of the European parliament for the East of England.
Earlier Monday, the Swiss stock exchange said it has suspended trading in the
shares of Petroplus until the end of the day following the company's request.
Petroplus wasn't immediately available to comment.
Coryton is one of the two Petroplus refineries still running after the company
lost access to all credit lines earlier this month. The other three facilities
have been idled.
